1 General Terms

This Terms & Conditions document constitutes a legally binding agreement between pj99 ("the Company", "we", or "the platform") and every individual who registers, accesses, or uses the services available on the pj99 website or mobile app ("Member" or "you").

By completing the registration process or by continuing to use the pj99 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms set out in this document and other related policies, including but not limited to Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Guidelines.

If you disagree with any or all of the applicable terms, we ask that you do not register or immediately discontinue use of pj99 services. Continued use after updated terms are published will be considered acceptance of the changes made.

2 Registration & Member Account

To use pj99 services in full, you are required to create a member account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. The use of false data or third-party information without authorization constitutes a serious violation of these terms.

• Each individual is only permitted to hold one active account at pj99. Ownership of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether under their own name or using a different identity, is not permitted.
• Accounts cannot be transferred to any other party under any circumstances.
• You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account, including activities carried out by others who gained access due to your negligence.
• Pj99 reserves the right to reject or cancel a registration if there are indications that the information provided is invalid or misleading.
• The account name must match the name of the bank account holder or digital wallet used for transactions.

3 Identity Verification (KYC)

Pj99 implements Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures as part of our commitment to platform security and regulatory compliance. Identity verification must be completed before your first withdrawal.

Documents required for the verification process include:

• A valid National ID (KTP) or passport
• A selfie holding your identity document (optional, requested when necessary)
• Proof of payment method ownership (bank statement or e-wallet account screenshot)

The verification process is generally completed within 1×24 business hours. pj99 reserves the right to request additional documents if discrepancies are found or further verification is required. 4 Deposits & Financial Transactions

5 Withdrawal

Withdrawals at pj99 are designed to be processed as quickly as possible. However, certain conditions must be met before a withdrawal can be approved:

1. Identity verification (KYC) must be completed.
2. No active bonus balance is currently undergoing turnover processing.
3. The destination account for withdrawals must be registered under the same name as the pj99 account.
4. No signs of suspicious activity or active investigations on the account.

Withdrawal processing times vary based on the method and the member's VIP level. For standard members, withdrawals are processed within 1–3 business hours. Gold members and above enjoy faster priority withdrawals. Diamond members receive express withdrawal service with no daily limits.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

Pj99 periodically offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to members. Each bonus is subject to specific terms clearly stated on its respective promotion page. The following general principles apply to all bonuses:

• Bonuses may only be claimed by members who meet the specified eligibility criteria, such as minimum VIP level, time period, or game type used.
• Turnover (rollover) requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn. Turnover amounts vary by promotion and will be clearly stated.
• Abusing the bonus system, including opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, constitutes a serious violation.
• Pj99 reserves the right to cancel bonuses claimed in a manner inconsistent with the terms without prior notice.
• Bonuses have no cash value and cannot be transferred between accounts.

7 Game Rules

• Members must understand the rules and mechanics of each game before placing real-money wagers. pj99 is not responsible for losses resulting from a lack of understanding of game rules.
• The use of automation software, bots, or any other technical cheating methods to play is strictly prohibited.
• Collusion between members to manipulate game outcomes is a serious violation that will result in permanent account closure.
• If a technical disruption affects game results, pj99 reserves the right to void the relevant round and refund the wager.
• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled except in the event of a documented technical disruption.

8 Account Security

• Pj99 is not responsible for losses caused by a member's voluntary disclosure of their account credentials.

9 Account Closure & Restrictions

Pj99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a member's account if a violation of these Terms & Conditions is found. Such action may be taken without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Ownership of more than one account by the same individual
• Use of false identity or invalid data
• Abuse of bonuses or the promotions system
• Fraudulent activity, collusion, or system manipulation
• Use of services by individuals under 18 years of age
• Activities that violate applicable laws

Members may also close their own account at any time through the account settings page or by contacting customer support. Self-requested account closures will be processed within 3 business days, with any remaining balance (excluding active bonuses) refunded after verification.

10 Responsible Gaming

12 Changes to Terms
